Doing things the right way, or doing them again

In terms of intensity and brutality, few things can even come close to the tenacious training regime of U.S. Navy SEALs. It is so difficult that there are less than 2,500 active duty SEALs — a number that comprises only 1% of all Navy personnel. On average, seven or eight out of every ten Navy personnel who take part in the training end up quitting or failing.
