The Xplor Spot User Conference was hosted in Salt Lake City, UT, recently. The annual conference brought together Xplor Spot users to learn about new technology, share best practices and discuss opportunities to better serve clients.
Sessions included updates from Xplor Spot leaders such as CEO Tom Beidle and Vice President of Customer Success and Strategy Nicole Kirby; educational workshops on Delivery Connect, automation, marketing, data utilization; and open forums where attendees could engage directly with Xplor Spot experts.
One industry panel included Norman Way, vice president of Puritan Cleaners, Chris White of America’s Best Cleaners and leading drycleaning consultant Kim Weller as they explored various best practices and the future of the industry.
