New York Machinery (NYM) is entering a new phase of growth, evolving from a trusted importer and distributor into a fully integrated manufacturer with its own brand.
Since its founding in 1988, NYM has built a strong reputation in the equipment industry. Beginning in 1995, the company established a long-term relationship with Union, working closely with its president, Walter Freshman, and successfully distributing related equipment for over 17 years. NYM later expanded its presence by importing and distributing UNISEC equipment across the U.S. for more than a decade.
Building on this foundation of experience and industry knowledge, NYM has taken a strategic step forward by establishing its own manufacturing facility in China. This expansion enables the company to design, produce and market equipment under the NYM brand, ensuring greater control over quality, performance and innovation.
With decades of technical expertise and a renewed commitment to excellence, NYM is re-entering the U.S. market with a stronger, more independent platform and a clear vision for long-term growth.
