The 2026 Summer Leadership Series, co-sponsored by the California Cleaners Association (CCA) and the Southwest Drycleaners Association (SDA), was held on June 26 at Cleaner’s Supply in Reno, NV.
The event brought together more than 80 attendees from across multiple states for a full day of networking, professional development, and fellowship.
Following a lunch generously provided by Cleaner’s Supply, attendees toured the company’s facility. After the tour, Cleaner’s Supply President Jeff Schapiro shared the company’s history and highlighted its longstanding commitment to serving the drycleaning industry.
After a brief break, Ricardo Torres of Tiffany Couture Cleaners presented an engaging session, “The Playbook to Hiring & Empowering Managers,” offering practical strategies for developing effective leadership teams.
The day concluded at the Grand Sierra Resort, where attendees enjoyed a bowling and pizza social, providing an opportunity to strengthen industry connections in a relaxed setting.
